Why?
I have no motivation in healthy lifestyle. I like to eat whatever I like. I hate exercises. Tried to be vegan/vegetarian and failed big times. But then, 2 of my friends (Mba Desy and Mamin) started this 30 days challenge on Simple Green Smoothies thing. The goal is not to lose weight but to eat more greeneries and for sure healthy lifestyle. This smoothies doesn’t taste disgusting like I always think before and it brings more energies. So I give it a chance and see how successful I am with this project.
